Conveniently located close to airport - 12 min shuttle bus ride - which was the purpose of our stay having returned from a cruise and flying out the next day. They gave us a room right away which was greatly appreciated. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, really nice fully loaded hot & cold buffet. Also the meal we had in the bar lounge was very good. No need to go elsewhere.

The hotel is nice, the food was great. We only stayed one night but the breakfast was very good. Im not sure it’s that well catered to small children, we were ok as it was only one night, i wouldnt want to stay longer with my two boys. The room was clean and tidy however quite small with not much of a view. The hotel is located on what you’d describe in the UK as an industrial estate. The transfer was great and the staff were all very friendly, at times very patient with my youngest boy who can be a challenge. Overall i would say the hotel is good value for money, im just not sure it’s suitable for children. And if you want a nice view it’s probably not the hotel for you. Id give it 8/10 overall.

Great pre-stay service after booking - my questions were answered promptly and the hotel offered to hold one of our bags while we were on Menorca. Great shuttle service and guide to access it. Well-designed, comfortable room with an electric-operated blackout blind. Great outdoor pool. A barman who was a tinto verano maestro - by far the best who's served this classic in our 6 trips to Spain since 2008!

The room was really nice and the bed big and very comfortable. We had five pillows to choose from. Wonderful! The shower worked well and everything was clean. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to/ from the airport. It works well and is really convenient. We had dinner at the downstairs restaurant. The food was good and the price range surprisingly reasonable. The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. There is a nice outside pool with loungers and pool towels.

Shuttle was easy. Room was clean and double bed, queen bed was very nice. Traveling with a big family and with a lot of luggage, it was great to be located on the 1st floor. Even though there was not much of a view, it did not matter, because we were there to get a good nights rest and also checking in and out was so much easier, and with a family of 5 and 8 pieces of luggage we did not have to navigate the elevators, would recommend families and people with lots of luggage to stay on the 1st floor.

Great facilities. The swimming pool was the main reason for booking this hotel. Small gym was an added bonus. Tasteful room, clean and beautiful bathroom. It's a pity we only stayed 1 night and departed at 4am so couldn't enjoy it more. Shuttle arrived on time for airport drop off and this process worked smoothly.
